I teach a wide range of non-toxic printmaking techniques suitable for beginners, hobbyists, advanced participants and professionals. I am passionate about sharing my skills and knowledge about printmaking and creating a vibrant, fun, and creative environment during the workshops. I keep the class size small to make sure that everyone receives the attention and support during the class.
Kitchen Lithography

This non-toxic, simple process utilises principles of stone lithography using items found in your kitchen such as aluminium foil, vegetable oil and soda. It allows to create diverse gestural marks using a variety of drawing tools. You will learn about colour in printmaking, layers and working with transparencies. It is a great technique that you can explore in your home studio as it doesn’t require a press or any specialised equipment!

Turn you photographs into unique prints! Paper lithography is an exciting, simple and non-toxic way to create monoprints or to add photographic elements to your existing prints. In this process a black and white photocopy is used as a plate (matrix) which is then inked and printed through the etching press

This workshop is an opportunity to explore the technique of drypoint and combine it with other skills. You will create a series of prints by using drawings or photographs as guides, scratching and incising into polyethenel plates It is the perfect technique to experiment with diverse drawing techniques and gestural marks. You will learn about adding colours using watercolour monotype, which is an exciting was of working with watercolours in a whole new way. Perfect for beginners as well as more advanced participants.
